My goal at IntoChange is to provide you a strategic anchor to lead change. "Change", possibly the most constant state and the greatest opportunity to steer transformation of your people and enterprise. And that's where I come in... 

I help you bring coherence to Organisational Change programs by aligning the different components of successful transformation. It is both the agency and synergy of eastern philosophies meeting western frameworks.

 

My clients' trust is in my discernment and international experience in Financial Services and Conglomerates. I work with you and sometimes bring in other collaborators to lead sustainable transformations. 

I am inspired by life in our oceans and bring a voice to those change makers who are leading the stewardship of its regeneration.
